Would you and your colleagues like to raise money for Middlesbrough Mind?

There are lots of simple ways that you could raise some cash and have fun.

You could run a staff sweepstake at lunch time, a foreign coin collection or have dress down days, perhaps even a swear box or a slimming club. 

Spend time with your work friends on an evening and organise a quiz night, an auction or a race night.

Sponsored activities are another way to have fun and raise money. See if your boss would take part? How much would you pay to see your boss walk across a bed of burning embers in our Bonfire Night Firewalk?
