Middlesbrough 10k is growing in size every year with over 3,000 entries last year.  The organisers have even added music and entertainment to keep you motivated as you make your way around the course. 

The course is one flat lap, with £300 up for grabs for the fastest runners.

Raise over £70 in sponsorship and we will reimburse you for your entry fee.

The minimum age is 12 years old making this a fantastic and fun way to fundraise.  Bring your family and friends along to watch you, or better yet get them to take part too.

The most iconic run in the country is taking place on Sunday 20th September. 
Sadly Middlesbrough Mind could not secure any places, even our Community
Fundraiser Laura couldn’t get a place.

We’re appealing for all runners, who already have a place in the 2009 Great North Run, to take part on behalf of Middlesbrough Mind. 

If you can raise a minimum sponsorship of £250 and would like to run for Middlesbrough Mind we will reimburse your entry fee.

Do you dare to do something different, something inspirational? How about a fire walk?

Our trainers from Blaze will give you motivational training so that you can beat the burn, but don’t worry it won’t be touchy feely, it’ll be fun.

Could you convince your boss to take part? How much would your colleagues pay to see that?

Invite your family and friends to watch you.  The event takes place at the River Tees Water Sports Centre, Stockton, on Bonfire Night.

Your supporters will have a fantastic view of Stockton’s amazing fireworks display, taking place at 7:30pm, with food and hot drinks also available for you to buy too.
It’s mind over matter.  Give it a try!

A fantastic opportunity to get dressed up and have some fun.  Middlesbrough Mind has places booked in this event which is organised by the Teesside Lions.
Join in with the thousands of people taking part to raise money for Middlesbrough Mind. 

Everyone over 8 can take part in this event; all under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.  Raise as much or as you can, but more importantly come and have some fun with us!
