Talking treatments and counselling

National Mind produces a leaflet called Understanding Talking Treatments which is a brief guide to the main talking treatments that are available. It also provides information on who might benefit from them and who you should contact about getting this type of help. The leaflet can be viewed as a non-printable PDF here – Understanding Talking Treatments – or viewed on the national Mind website.
